James M. Shuler, 72, of Waipahu, a retired Navy Reserve commander and an accountant, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Walla Walla, Wash. No known survivors. Committal services: 1 p.m. Monday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
