Alphons John Schornack, 75, of Wahiawa, a retired engineer and an Army veteran, died in Wahiawa. He was born in Indonesia. He is survived by wife Lydia; sons Richard Schornack, and Alan and Isaac Ross; daughters Brenda Haggerty, Tanya Schornack and Michelle Shofner; brother Wally; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Friday at Kauai Veterans Center, 3215 Kapule Highway, Lihue. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
