Jason Perez Ignacio, 36, of Washington, D.C., an Army veteran, died in South Hampton, N.Y. He was born in Tamuning, Guam. He is survived by wife Catherine, son Jared K., daughter Ariel M., brother Abel Tamam Jr. and sister Jessica Tamam. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
