77Richard William Cavanaugh, 59, of Kaneohe, former branch manager of AMS Hawaii, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Lowville, N.Y. He is survived by wife Blossom "Kua"; stepson Chadwick Kua; hanai mother Florence; stepbrother Kenneth Trapasso; hanai sisters Carol Schwartz, Sandy Gorczyea, Judy Meekins, Brenda McCanney and Frannie Smithling; stepsisters Patricia Alito, Gail Brindisi and Lois Pirro; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sept. 8 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
