Russell Orvis Perkins, 86, of Aiea, a retired Navy officer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Grafton, Mass. He is survived by wife Virginia H., son Russell, a grandchild and a great-grandchild. Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire. No flowers.
