Ronald Tada, 69, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Shirley M.; sons Michael T., Bert C. and Robert K.; daughter Candace S.N.; mother Shizuko Loo; stepfather Bert Loo; and a grandchild. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6:30 p.m.
