73Velma Leiomomi Gahan, 74, of Kailua, a retired city case manager, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael, Joseph and Rambeau; daughters Patricia Lau, Ululani Yamashiro and Vicky Kamaka; brothers Homer Meyer and Stephen Misawa; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
