Raymond “Ray” Feliciano, 82, of Waipahu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Shop 31 machinist and a City Mill Waipahu employee, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in South Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Betty S.; sons Wesley, Ryan and Cary; daughter Rene; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 11:30 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
