Deloris Paulette Rhines, 59, of Waipahu, a retired cab driver, died in Aiea. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brothers Frankie and Lloyd. Graveside services:2:15 pm. Saturday at Diamond Head MemorialPark. Casual attire. No flowers.
