76Samuel A. Agapay, 65, of Kahului, a Maui High School custodian, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Belinda; sons Jessie, Jefferson, Samuel Jr. and James; daughtersJosephine Salviejo and Cathy Agapay; sister Tessie Cuaresma; and 11 grandchildren.
