73Bounchanh Thammavongsa, 78, of Waianae, a retired farmer, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Laos. He is survived by wife Mouane; son Veune; daughters Bounmy Vail, Te Darmon, Soy Singleton, and Yvonne, Noi and Elsie Thammavongsa; and 13 grandchildren. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1:30 p.m.
