78Antone Tony Vega, 82, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a Kohala Sugar Co. heavy equipment operator and a grounds maintenance employee for Hawaii County and Kalahikiola Congregational Church, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Hamakua, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Alan and Richard; daughters Marilynn Kanehailua and Raynette McGiness; brothers Alfred and Nicholas Vegas, and Raymond Vega; sister Roseline Noble; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: noon Sunday at Kalahikiola Congregational Church. Services: 3 p.m. Burial to follow at Wainaia Cemetery. Casual attire.
