She is survived by sons, Jeremy J. Duque of CA, Jensen J. (Michelle) Duque; daughters, Jennifer J. (Rolando Gangcuangco) Duque of NV, Julianne Marie J. Duque; 5 grandchildren; mother, Juliana Crisologo; brother, Cedric Jasmin of VA; companion, Miguel Ibarra.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Thursday (September 27) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Funeral Service 6:30 p.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. Saturday (September 29) at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers Welcome.
