73Betty Cecilia Kahanaoi-Tseu, 77, of Honolulu and Hilo, a federal employee of Hawaii Regional Exchange at Fort Shafter and U.S. Marine Corps Exchange, and a homemaker, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Joseph L. Jr. and Daniel K.; daughter KathleenI.K. Papalimu; brothers Sylvester, Peter and Howard Garcia; sisterLiberta Delasmenes; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services.
