83Chiyoko Okabe, 89, of Kane ohe, a seamstress, died at home. She was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Dr. Jona than; daughter Jenny Arimoto; brothers Richard, Kenneth and Kiyoshi Kubo; sister Motoko Nishie; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m.
