George Alexander Error, 81, of Kailua-Kona, retired president and general manager of Del Monte Philippines and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Bingham Canyon, Utah. He is survived by wife Normita, daughters Ellyn McNeil and Colleen Stoltenberg, brother Nick Eror, sister Marilyn Chinivasagam and five grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3 p.m. Friday at Kona Outdoor Circle Garden. Aloha attire. Donations suggested to Kona Outdoor Circle, Kappa Sigma, Kona Historical Society or Hospice of Kona.
