Herman William Decker, 86, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired UCLA maintenance employee and a Navy veteran who served in World War II, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Lennox, Calif. He is survived by sister Mildred Brockway. Private services.
