Medeiros, companion Wallace Martin, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 9 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, 85-786 Old Government Road, Waianae. Mass:10:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
