81LeRochelle Millett, 61, of Kapaa, Kauai, a book writer and a United Health Care insurance agent, died at home. He was born in Louisville, Ky. He is survived by sons Richard and Rudy; daughter Leah Shiira; brothers Ricki, Andre, Jose and Jaun; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private services.
