Todd Masaru Higashi, 47, of Honolulu, a Board of Water Supply customer service representative and an Army veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by mother Dianne K. Chinen, stepfather Michael M. Chinen, brother Devin, sister Sheree H., stepbrother Scott Chinen, stepsister Jodie Holu and grandmother Sumiko. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
