83Wallace Sung Wan Kim, 96, of Kaneohe, a retired city planning director, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Anthony Y.K. and Norman Y.W., eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Private ser-vices.
