Retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard QA133 Inspection Branch. U.S. Air Force veteran. Member of National Association Retired Federal Employee and Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. He is survived by wife, Demetria "Deme" S. Gallarde; daughters, Stella (Brian) Marsh, Malana "Cindy" (Bruce) Paige; hanai daughter, Alicia (Mike) Camp; sister, Helen Estrella; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation 6-9 p.m. Wednesday (October 24) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Wake Service 7 p.m. Visitation also 10 a.m. Thursday (October 25) at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church; (1525 Waimano Home Rd., Pearl City) Mass 11:30 a.m. Committal Service 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
