71Himeo Hayashida, 77, of Hilo, a retired teacher for the former Laupahoehoe High School, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Mountain View, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jane R., sons Guy and Cory Fukushima, daughter Kim M. Sakoda, sister Teruko Tabata, seven grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services. No donations.
