75Manecio Udasco Ruiz Pascua, 87, of Keaau, Hawaii, a vegetable farmer, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Lourdes G.; sons Melecio, Macario andManuel "Manny"; daughters Gertrudes I. Namnama, Lorma Vila and Maryland Gonzales; and 11 grandchildren.
