Raymond Takashi Fukuoka, 83, of Honolulu, a retired office machine repairman for Koss-Sherry and Toshiba, and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elaine Y., son David T., daughter Carol Y. Fukuoka, brother Alvin and sisters Beatrice Fukuoka and Edith Fukeda. Visitation: 11 a.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: noon. Casual attire. No flowers.
