MINNIE A. SYLVA Age 84, of Mililani, passed away October 1, 2012 at Pearl City Nursing Home. Born Dec. 3, 1927 in Waipahu. Member of the United Puerto Rican Association. She is survived by sons, Ronald (Evie) Ortiz, Gary Ortiz, Keith Ortiz; daughter, Cindy (Ryan) Gilla; step-mother, Betty Corniel; sister, Helen Gorris of Texas; brother, Roy (Carol) Corniel ; father of children, John Ortiz; 7 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren. Visitation 9:00 a.m. Tuesday 10/30 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 10:30 a.m. Burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual Attire.
