81Haruyo M. Kotake, 92, of Honolulu, a retired teacher, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born on Maui. She is survived by son Dr. John, daughters Vera Hu and Cora Say, sister Mabel Ikemoto, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
