80Santiago Lobong "Sandy" Saragosa Sr., 85, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by sons Santiago L. Jr. and Daren L., daughters Sandia Ann Saragosa and Cornelia Revuelto, sistersMary S. Malvas and Hilidina S. Maning, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
