Tatsuo "Tats" Saito, 84, of Honolulu, a retired civil service agronomist and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in South Hilo, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Stuart T. and Sanford A., brother Hiroshi and three grandchildren. Private services.
