Robert Russell "Bobby" Song Sr., 58, of Hilo, a retired Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope electronics specialist and a Navy veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Tokyo. He is survived by wife Lydia, sons Robert "B.J." Song Jr. and Ryan Iranon-Estrella, daughters Brandy Dobson and Tristan Iranon-Estrella, brother Roger, sister Carol Yoshida and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire.
