Earl Kaulaenamoku Kakalia Sr., 84, of Waimea, Hawaii, a boilerman engineer at the Queen's Medical Center and an Army veteran, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Martha Bright-Kakalia, sons Earl Jr. and Timothy, daughters Marsha Kakalia-Ireijo and Minnie Spinney, brother Charles, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Kahilu Town Hall, Waimea. Services: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire.
