David Wayne "Dave" Bounds, 58, of Ewa Beach, a U.S. Department of Defense employee and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in St. Louis. He is survived by wife Gina; son Rance Okudara; brothers Lance and Johnny Bounds, and Butch Williams; and stepsister Linda. Private services.
