77Hermina Souza, 78, of Makawao, Maui, a retired housekeeping and day-care industry employee, died in Makawao. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Bernadette Tabol and Mary Ann Morreira, brother Alfred Smith, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 9 a.m. Monday at Mililani Memorial Park.
