79Arthur Russ Ferreira, 65, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired Bronco Construction employee, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by Paulette Kahaunaele-Ferreira; daughters Tiare Richards and Makaleka, Mahie and Maluhia Ferreira; brothers Michael Ferreira and Gilbert F. Kahele; and sisters Penny Puaa, Isabelle Peters and Alice Vinton. Celebration of life: noon Saturday at 1707-A Palolo Ave., Honolulu. Kauai celebration of life: noon Nov. 24 at Anahola Beach Park. Private scattering of ashes.
