Wade Tamotsu Itagaki, 56, of Kapolei, an electrician and an Army veteran, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Shannon and Brandon, brothers Chris and Randall, hanai brother Wendell Kuamo‘o and sister Patricia Kuamo‘o. Private services.
