Nolan D. Raboy, 65, of Huntington Beach, Calif., a Delta Airlines aircraft technician and an Army Green Berets veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Nora M.; sons Nelson D., Neil M. and Nicholas L.; brothers Walter and Ryan Raboy, and Paul Canumay; sisters Florentina "Flo" Balios, Conception "Connie" Pacolba, Fae Raboy and Natividad "Naty" Taylor; and two grandchildren.
