Anna R. “Ana” Horne, 61, of Honolulu, a substance abuse counselor, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. No known survivors. Inurnment: 6 p.m. Thursday at The Cathedral of St. Andrew. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hanahauoli School, Hawaii Planned Parenthood or Honolulu Museum of Art.
