Shalad “Charlotte” Perreira, 72, of Kahaluu died. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by son Frank Jr., daughters Sheryl and Denise, a brother, six sisters and three grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at the family residence. Casual attire. No flowers.
