74Winifred Chang "Winnie" Silva, 85, of Kailua, a retired office clerk for the Navy, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Alexander Jr., daughter Melanie Hanohano, hanai daughter Deborah Vega and nine grandchildren. Graveside services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
