Frances Moy, 83, of Mililani, a homemaker, died in Mililani. She was born in Chicago. She is survived by husband Eugene; sons Michael and Steven; daughters Melanie Larsen, Valerie Marino and Genie Brown; 10 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Private scattering of ashes. No flowers. Donations suggested to Honolulu Habitat for Humanity.
