80Michael David Hoff, 55, of Laupahoehoe, Hawaii, a carpenter, died at home. He was born in Palo Alto, Calif. He is survived by wife Jackie Parkinson, sons Kiel and David, daughters Maile Stewart and Faye Quayle, mother Lucille, brother Stan Sutton, sister Sherri Shuman and six grandchildren.
