Seishiro Chinen, 80, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired mail carrier and an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War, died in Yukio Okutsu Veterans Home. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by brother Eugene. Private services. Online condolences: homelanimemorialpark.com.
