Nova Leispears, also known as Eugene S. Gonzales, 68, of Kailua, an Astro Gardens Restaurant banquet manager, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Moses, Matthew, Abe and Billy Gonzales; sisters Rona Wilson, Toni Ukishima, Pat Kahapea, Jo-Anne Medeiros, Margaret Gordon and Sunny Kaapana; and companion Christopher Kendrick-Stafford.
