Kazuo "Slim" Okada, 91, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Edwin A. and James J., brother Toichi and a sister. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
