78Donald Thomas Arruda, 75, of Kapaa, Kauai, a retired Kauai County heavy-equipment operator, died at home. He was born in Kapaa. He is survived by sons Barry, Allan and Keala; sister Theresa Fune; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at St. Catherine Church. Mass: 10 a.m.
