Yaeko “Betty” Kawawaki, 87, of Aiea, a retired state Department of Health pre-audit clerk, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. She was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. She is survived by son Ross Y., daughters Charlotte Y. Hirashima and Kathy T. Kawawaki, brother Clyde Kajiwara and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
