Nestor Agbayani “Pat” Gorospe, 91, of Vallejo, Calif., a retired painter at Mare Island Naval Shipyard in Vallejo and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in California. He was born in San Juan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Januaria, daughters Priscilla and Magdaline Peligrino, and brothers Benedicto “Ben” and Guillermo “Andy.” Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha or casual attire. Flowers welcome.
