Bonnie Lee Coutsourakis, 69, of Kapolei, a private practicing psychotherapist and former state social worker, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in San Francisco. She is survived by husband Constantine “Gus,” son Christopher, daughter Tonya, sister Laurie Farmer-Espinoza and a grandchild. Services: 3 p.m. Thursday at Kapolei Regional Park. Casual attire.
