77Kiyomi "Kim" Omoto, 89, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County Fire Department captain, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home, Hilo. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughters Penny Montibon and Patti Nishimoto, companion Diane Kim, brother Harry, sister Itsuko Murakami, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No monetary offerings.
