Julian P. Monsarrat, 90, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and a motor transport dispatcher at Fort Shafter in Honolulu, died in Hale Ho Aloha. He was born in Kau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Violet, son Julian III, daughters Rochelle and Tracy, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Friday at Borthwick Mortuary.
